After registering as a member, you'll choose your scan package and appointment date and time.
STEP 3: COMPLETE PRE-SCREENING CALL:
Appointments are temporarily reserved. A brief, pre-screening phone call is required to guarantee an appointment. You may call our office or wait for a team member to contact you. Please understand if we do not hear from you and cannot reach you, the appointment date will be offered to others.
ATTENTION: Each appointment requires a unique member's account. You cannot book multiple appointments under one account. Each person requires their own account.
