Made me feel comfortable and I understood everything. The technician was also excellent. I have some claustrophobic but with the button music and especially eye covering I did good. This was my very first MRI and the whole experience was wonderful! Ryan took the time to explain the process prior to my scan. Once inside the MRI suite, they explained what was going to happen and even took the time to make sure I was comfortable before beginning and talking to me during the scan. The facility was clean, warm and inviting.

Extremely professional in all aspects. I’m very glad that my wife and I chose Bionicc for our full body scans. It is a shame that this level of service isn’t t available in Canada. We are fortunate to live close enough to be able to access a company like Bionicc and bring the results back to our Family Doctor to tailor a proactive custom preventative health plan before we experience any negative health issues. This should be an essential part of everyone’s health plan.
